Eligibility: entrants can register via www.SalesSupercharged.co.uk, offer available to convenience store retailers only, aged 18+, GB only.
Proof of eligibility may be required.
Promotional Period: This promotion opens on 00:01 on 06.05.2025 and closes on 23:59 on 04.07.2025. Any entry received after the closing date will not be valid.
How to Enter the Free Prize Draw: To enter entrants are required to complete the entry form hosted by CCEP on the www.SalesSupercharged.co.uk to be entered into a free prize draw, drawn randomly by CCEP. Entry is free of charge.
A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
Any entrant using bulk, third party entries or other automated means, trying to circumvent the rules, is fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase their entries, or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these rules in full will be disqualified.
The Prize: The first name drawn at random will receive: 1x Remote Controlled Monster Truck
Prize Notification: Winners will be notified by the 18th July 2025.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the entrants. However, if an entrant has not responded to a notification within five working days, is ineligible or is in breach of these rules, they will forfeit the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entrants failing to supply accurate information which affects inclusion in the free prize draw.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative will be offered.
In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time.
The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by you for the purposes of administering this promotion.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to claiming or redeeming this prize. Statutory rights are not affected.
Applicants’ names and counties will be available within 3 months of the closing date of the promotion by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Sales Supercharged.co.uk Mercieca Ltd, 10 Greenland Street, London, NW1 0ND. If winners object to their name and county being made available in the winners’ list, they must inform the Promoter when they are contacted by the Promoter and/or its agents to redeem their prize. Please note that the Promoter may still be required to share this information with the Advertising Standards Authority.
The winner agrees to take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity without any fee being payable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.
These rules (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that the processing of their personal data is necessary for the Promoter to fulfil its obligations in respect of the promotion and to enable entrants to enter the promotion and/or to claim any prize they may win. Entrants confirm and warrant that all data provided by them for these purposes are accurate. If an entrant exercises their right to object to the processing of their personal data prior to the end of the promotion, the entrant’s participation may be cancelled.
